“永远不可能有一种排名体系既可靠又包含一切，还能被所有大学和利益相关方接受，因为对不同的人来说大学有不同的角色，”南非比勒陀利亚大学制度规划处主任GeraldWangenge-Ouma说道。但是大学应该把排名作为一种改进的途径，而排名系统应该维护稳定性，并认可对卓越的多样表达。
